Welcome to the Eastern Illinois Business Education Association Website

About Us:

EIBEA is made up of business teachers from the Eastern region of the State of Illinois. We are an affiliate of the Illinois Business Eduction Association. Our purpose is to promote business education and to share instructional resources and teaching techniques with other business educators.

Current News:

The EIBEA Spring 2012 meeting is scheduled for Wednesday evening March 28th at Richard's Farm in Casey, IL. starting at 5:00 p.m.

Yearly Dues are $8.00 for teachers or $2.00 for Students/Retired Members. Please bring exact change or issue a check for dues if you did not already pay them at the fall meeting. You can send your dues to the Treasurer (see the officer page for contact information)
EIBEA's Teacher of the Year Award for 2010-2011 had no nominees. Be sure to nominate a deserving business teacher for this year's award which will be given at the Spring meeting -see the awards page for more info.
The 2012 IBEA Fall conference will be November 7, 8, 9, 2012 at the Marriott Hotel in Bloomington-Normal-see the IBEA News page for more info.
